Online Booking Service Terms of Use
Please read the following “Booking Terms and Conditions” carefully. They contain important information about booking our services. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following Booking Terms and Conditions.
By making any booking with us for our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Booking Terms and Conditions. These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to any online bookings you make as well as over the phone.

Referrals and Medicare
We accept Doctors, allied health, Medicare and Queensland WorkCover referrals.
​
As such, you may be eligible to receive physiotherapy treatment from us under the Medicare Benefits Schedule. You will be able to do this if you have a chronic condition and have complex care needs that are being cared for by a medical practitioner under a shared care plan or a GP management plan and team care arrangement.

If you have a shared care plan or a GP management plan and team care arrangement and wish to claim Medicare benefits for the cost of physiotherapy treatment, you will need a referral from your GP.
If you wish to claim Medicare benefits and are booking online, please select the Medicare tab on the booking page.

Please bring your Medicare card and GP referral documents to your appointment. We are not set up to make electronic claims for Medicare benefits on the spot. So, you will need to pay the full cost of your session and then claim the Medicare benefit online or attend a Medicare service centre to claim the Medicare benefit. We will give you a receipt at the time of payment for processing the Medicare claim.
Even if you are eligible to claim Medicare benefits, you will still be required to pay a gap. As of November 2024, your Medicare rebate will cover you for $60.35 under the Medicare Benefits Schedule.

Online sessions
We are available to do online consultations.
Online sessions are conducted via Skype or Zoom. We will send you a link for the session in advance of the appointment time and date.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have downloaded the application and all updates in advance of the appointment.
We cannot accept responsibility for interruptions to or the quality of Internet connection due to circumstances beyond our control.

Prices:​
All prices for our services can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Prices are only guaranteed once your booking has been paid for in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change.

All prices are stated in Australian dollars.

Payment:
We require payment in full at the time of your appointment. In exceptional circumstances, consideration is given to later payments. We do not collect payment at the time of booking.
Payment is accepted only in Australian dollars.
Online sessions are paid via PayPal, which will include the $4.00 PayPal fee. Please use the contact of Kate’s email:
Our change and cancellation fees:
Subject to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, the following change or cancellation fees will apply to your booking (including online bookings):
a) for changes or cancellations more than 24 hours before a booked session time, we will give you a refund in full if you have paid prior to the session;
b) for changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the session time, we have a cancellation fee of the full cost of the session.
If you do not show up at a booked session, we have a ‘no-show/ no-refund’ policy except in cases of obvious unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances.

Change or cancellation by you:
If you change any aspect of your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but it may not always be possible.
Cancellation or ‘no show’ due to unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances:​
If your booking is cancelled or you do not show up at a booked session due to unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances, and you have paid in advance, we will in our discretion refund or offer you a credit for the full amount paid by you.
Payments by credit card, debit card and cash:
If you attend your appointment payment will occur at the time of your appointment. If you pay by credit or debit card there will be an option via Square to send you a Text or email confirming your payment.
Payments via PayPal:
The standard PayPal fee of AUD$4 applies when paying by PayPal.
Late arrivals
If you think you're not going to arrive on time for a booked session, please contact us and let us know when we can expect you. It’s your responsibility to ensure you are on time – and if you aren’t, we cannot guarantee that you can be accommodated.
Bookings made for others
At the time of making a booking, we will require you to give us certain personal information. If you are not the person for whom you are booking a session, you are responsible for obtaining their permission before providing us with their personal data.
Accessibility
If you have any accessibility requests (about wheel-chair access, etc), please contact us in advance of the booked session time so that any necessary arrangements can be made.
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, all rights in our booking platform (technology, content, trademarks, look & feel, etc.) are owned by Kate Greenaway or her licensors. By using our platform you agree to do so for its intended purpose only and respecting the following requirements:
(1) you are not allowed to monitor, copy, scrape/crawl, download, reproduce or otherwise use anything on our Platform for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
(2) We keep a close eye on every visit to our platform, and will block anyone (and any automated system) we suspect of:

conducting an unreasonable amount of searches
-
using any device or software to gather prices or other information
-
doing anything that places undue stress on our platform.

Measures against unacceptable behaviour
If you breach these Terms or fail to comply with applicable laws or regulations, we have the right to:

stop you making any bookings,

cancel any bookings you’ve already made.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms of Use will limit our liability (i) when we were negligent and this led to any loss or damage that you may have suffered; (ii) in case of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) in respect of gross negligence or wilful misconduct; or (iv) if such liability can otherwise not lawfully be limited or excluded.
If you are in breach of these Terms of Use, we will not be liable for any costs you incur as a result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

any loss or damage which was not reasonably foreseeable when you made your booking or otherwise entered into these Terms; or
-
any event which was reasonably beyond our control.
