Foundations of Connective Tissue

1–What is Connective Tissue?

Kate describes what connective tissue is in our body, where it is and its role in communication and in supporting our smooth pain free movements.

2 – Elongated Posture in Sitting

Do you know what and where your sacrum is? Kate and Marcia show simple movements to feel your sacrum and its neutral posture in supporting your elongated posture in sitting.

3 – Elongated Posture in Standing

Join Kate in finding your neutral position of your sacrum from specific weight shifts in standing to support your body by your elongated spine and posture.

4 – Stability of the Lower Legs in Sitting

If you have ever had a sprained or fractured ankle this movement of the little toe as Kate and Marcia demonstrate will help reboot the outer stabilizing muscles of your ankle and foot.

5 – Hip and Core Stability in Sitting

In support of your hip joints and lower back, Kate demonstrates a simple way to reboot your hip stability muscle and your lower abdominal core muscle to support your back in sitting.

6 – Upper Back and Neck Stability in Sitting

If you have a sore, stiff or weak upper back or neck this session will support you via the simple effective shoulder blade and neck stability muscle work demonstrated by Kate and Marcia.

7 – Connective Tissue Movements in Lying

Move your lower back and legs in gentle ways with Kate to ease any deep tension or aches in your back, pelvis & hips.

8 – YWL Upper Body Stability in Standing

Enjoy your elongated spine and open chest with Kate – moving and holding the ‘YWL’ sequence of smooth movements to restore your elongated spine and upper back stability in a simple way.
